Job Seeker & Employee Training

CHALLENGE

Employers in the community shared their challenges of finding qualified and skilled candidates to fill their job openings at the entry and middle-skilled levels. 

IDEA

Create an end-to-end training program for individuals seeking jobs and companies looking for supplementary training for employees. Training will apply to a variety of industries and can be implemented on an a-la-carte basis or in its entirety.  

RESULT

A training curriculum composed of 4 stages: planning, learning, preparing, and improving.  The training path encompasses modules for individuals at every stage of the “job seeking” or “on-the-job performance” process.
