CHALLENGE

The local community needed more opportunities to find and apply for entry and mid-level jobs.  

IDEA

Create a job fair event to bring together local employers and job seekers.  

RESULT

The Grapevine Job Fair started in 2013 and has become an annual city event that's currently in its fourth year.  The event fosters ongoing relationships between the community and businesses and further improves the local economy.

The latest job fair in April, 2016 had 64 employers with over 1000 job openings, 400 job seekers, 350+ interviews conducted/scheduled and over 300 potential hires/firm offers.
